Inspired by an antique postcard with the portraits of a man and a woman and a barometer. Swiss Skeli and La Catrina are so in love. How is your love doing? Variable, tormented, maybe teary eyed? Try your luck and spin the wheel!

Material

The barometer  and text are from the original 1900’s postcard. Swiss Skeli and La Catrina are hand painted on black paper. Collaged with antique paper flowers and modern glitter hearts. Everything is mounted a vintage, black lacquered wooden plaque. Fabric flowers and pink yarn trim complete the piece.

The entire piece measures 22.5 x 13.5 cm. It is signed and dated on back, with additional information.

Please note that since these are antique materials, some small tears, pinholes and/or scratches may be visible on the product. Fleshy tries her best to lovingly craft each piece.
